American RTM Homes production in Montana began in the summer of 2008 and the first new RTM Homes were delivered in early 2009.

American RTM Homes has over 25 years experience in building RTM Homes and super energy efficient homes through the work of its founder Rick Downs.

Rick Downs was a pioneer in both the Canadian RTM Home industry and for super energy efficient home building processes developed from the research of the Canadian R2000® Home Program, forerunner of Energy Star® Homes.

American RTM Homes is owned by ATechBuilder Corporation, a Montana registered U.S. C-Corp, which was established in 2005 by Rick Downs and the Montana Business Incubator to develop a new RTM Home industry in Montana.

The Company now has over 60 Montana share holders, including 3 economic development organizations, who invested through a MT registered Securities Offering to establish the first American RTM Homes facility at Malta MT.
