Customer Choices

Customers are allowed to make a number of choices about the finishing of their new American RTM Home. The extent of these Customer Choices is based on the Building Specs level that has been purchased, Quality, Deluxe, or Designer.

Our Design Staff can provide more information on this, and will work directly with you to help you make the best choices to customize your new American RTM Home.

In the weeks to come this page on our new website will also provide you with information about the different Customer Choices you can make, when they have to be made in the construction process, and how they are typically made.

In the months to come American RTM Homes will bring yet another first to the RTM Home industry by developing an online database for our Customers.

This new website feature will allow our Customers internet access to all relevant information about their new home, from the color of shingles to the style of cabinet door pulls, from the color of wall paint to the type of carpet.

This convenience feature for American RTM Home Customers will also help when it is time to re-sell the home because potential buyers will be able to verify the quality of products that were used to build the home.
