 New American RTM Home Sales Locations
Our Company is now working to setup American RTM Show Homes for expansion into new and stronger markets surrounding the Bakken Oil Field. The first step will be to establish new Dealer Sales Centers with 3 Investor Owned RTM Show Homes, and follow this with a local RTM Home production facility as soon as regional sales support it.
We have proven our RTM Home business model to be cost effective for building stick built homes that can be easily delivered up to 200 miles into regional markets. Other Canadian companies have also proven this by developing strong markets in North Dakota and eastern Montana for Canadian built RTM Homes … but are now shut out of these areas due to the weak U.S. - strong Canadian dollar.

Our Company is now positioned to take advantage of emerging opportunities being created by:
- Increased demand for new homes in the Bakken Oil Field region;
- Increased demand for advanced energy efficient homes; and
- Market demand for RTM Homes where Canadian companies (like Deneschuk Homes of Yorkton / Minot) are no longer competitive.
A changed economic landscape has created favorable conditions for expansion. Currently we are targeting development of new Dealer Sales Centers for eastern Montana (Glendive) and western North Dakota (Williston - Watford City – Dickinson) to capitalize on developed markets previously served by Deneschuk Homes and other Canadian companies.
Our Company is offering for sale American RTM Show Homes to develop these new Dealer Sales Centers. Investor owned Show Homes, like the one pictured here, will be displayed for the purpose of taking pre-sold RTM Home orders as well as being sold annually.

The total investment required would be $300,000 to $350,000 for 2 finished and 1 unfinished RTM Show Homes to develop each new Dealer Sales Center. These new sales locations would be jointly operated with local interests - investment, sales, or production.
