American RTM Homes has a 10 acre site and 36,000 square foot building in Malta MT for the sales, design, and custom building of American RTM Homes and where finished RTM Show Homes are being displayed.

The Malta MT facility features a Design Center with Show Rooms for American RTM Homes, Superior Cabinets®, Gienow Windows®, and Local Building Services provided in Phillips County.

Other Montana and North Dakota locations are being sought for RTM Show Homes and for building American RTM Homes. The Win RTM Home and Dealer Program featured on our website have been developed to support this.

The Malta MT location was chosen because of its proximity to north eastern Montana markets previously served by Canadian RTM Home builders, and to allow expansion into new markets west along the Hi-Line.
