For products this is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but usually somewhere in between, and for labor services, quality of work and reliability are the keys.

Our first choice is to support local businesses that can provide us with the competitive prices and quality services we need to compete in regional markets. Our second choice is to go with in-state, regional distributors.

For electrical and plumbing trades not only do we use local suppliers, but we use state licensed and inspected tradesmen … unlike modular or trailer homes who typically do not used licensed tradesmen.

For products we like to use National Brands in American RTM Homes. This provides our Customers with peace of mind and easily availability should they ever need to match or replace a product used in their new home.

American RTM Homes staff provides most of the building services required for our homes including framing, insulation, shingles, siding, soffits, interior finishing, closet system and counter top manufacturing, cabinet installation, HRV installation, and ceramic, laminate, and wood flooring installation.

Some services, however, are provided by independent businesses who can do the work to higher standards, more efficiently, because they specialize in their areas of expertise.

Framers & Ranchers Plumbing

This Malta MT based business installs the main floor plumbing in our American RTM Homes using Montana licensed plumbers. They also supply us with Maax tubs and showers, Delta taps and faucets, and Eljer toilets and basins.

(NOTE: Plumbing below the floor joists is provided after delivery and is not typically included with an RTM Home.)

LibertyElectric

This regional business based in Missoula MT, with a Montana licensed electrician working out of Malta, provides all the electrical wiring, including panel box or service entrance, for our American RTM Homes.

(NOTE: Electrical panel boxes are located under the floor with final installation after delivery, and unlike modular or trailer homes, can be easily added on to.)

One Source Lighting

This Billings MT based business provides light fixtures for our American RTM Homes and offers an extensive on-line catalogue for our Customers to view.

 

Hi-Line Drywall

This Phillips County based business, run by 2 relocated Wisconsin tradesmen, provides us with high quality, professional grade sheetrocking, finishing, and texturing services to allow our American RTM Homes to offer interior finishes comparable to any custom stick built homes - anywhere.

Evergreen Paint

This Billings MT based business provides paint room finishing for our interior door and trim packages, and high quality, professional grade painting of all our American RTM Homes. They allow us to offer custom and multi-color Sherwin Williams paint finishes second to none.

(NOTE: Modular and trailer homes only come with a primed drywall finish – NO paint – and leave painting up to the owners because, unlike our RTM Homes, they need to be pieced or stitched together after delivery.)

Arts Furniture & Carpet

This Malta MT based business provides brand name flooring products – carpet, vinyl, laminate, and ceramic – as well as flooring installation services for our American RTM Homes. With their decades of experience, they can offer pricing and services comparable to the big city stores.

Malta Appliance

This Malta MT based business provides appliance displays for our Design Center Show Room and offers our Customers a local option for purchasing brand name appliances at competitive prices. And unlike the big city dealers, they deliver and install the appliances at no cost.

(NOTE: Rather than supply low quality appliance packages like modular and trailer homes, RTM Homes do not typically include them, allowing Customers the freedom to make their own choices.)

Law Construction

This Poplar MT based business provides gutters or eavestrough, which are typically installed prior to delivery, for our American RTM Homes.

(NOTE: Modular and trailer homes do not come with this important component for protecting the base and foundation of the home.)
