Currently this webpage is being used to promote the raffling of RTM Homes by Montana non-profits. As our Win RTM Home Program develops, we will also be promoting all raffles of American RTM Homes here.

Win an RTM HomeStick built new homes, able to be delivered 100’s of miles, provide a unique opportunity for rural Montana non-profits to raise money for their own local programs.

Simply put, buy a new American RTM Show Home, sell 3,000 tickets at $100 each, pick a winner, have the home delivered to the winner’s lot, and decide how to use up to $150,000 for community programs.

The State of Montana has provided a prize size exemption for non-profits to legally run this type of raffle. All 501(c)(3), (c)(4), (c)(8), and (c)(19) non-profits recognized by the IRS can raffle major prizes like a new home, and in doing so develop and gain control of a proven way to raise money annually.

10 to 15 RTM Show Home Raffles are run each year in Saskatchewan, a province which has the same population base as Montana. The attraction is not just winning a new home, but being able to win a new home that can be delivered to where the winner lives.

With an American RTM Home as the prize, the winner would not only get a high quality stick built home, but would also get a super energy efficient or Green new home. And people in rural Montana would get exposure to this high quality new home option now being provided by American RTM Homes.

American RTM Homes is helping to develop and promote RTM Show Home Raffles to give back to the non-profit economic development organizations that helped to establish our new Montana business. We will discount our RTM Homes to non-profits for their raffle, and assist in promotion both on our website and through our supplier network.

We will even locate these American RTM Show Homes in the community of choice for the non-profit. After all, this will help to sell tickets, and will expose people to our Montana built high quality, super energy efficient, deliverable, stick built new homes.
